Lindsey Lohan was arrested September 19 after police say she left the scene of an accident. Police say that she struck the leg of a pedestiran while driving. Witnesses say a passenger got out of Lohan’s vehicle, looked to see if there was any damage, then. They say the vehicle then left before police could arrive.
