Lohan Assaulted at Hotel
Lindsey Lohan claims that on Saturday night she was assaulted by a guest in her hotel room. She says that she was thrown on the bed and punched. Lohan claims the man who assualted her had earlier taken photos of her with his phone and she was trying to get him to delete them. The man was arrested. Charges are pending.
Ga. 316 in Gwinnett shut down due to accident
A tractor-trailer and a car collided early Thursday morning, shutting down the westbound lanes of Ga. 316. The car struck a tractor-trailer that was attempting to turn left, causing it to become wedged underneath. The driver of the car had to be cut out. The driver of the car was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center and was reported in critial condition.

Lohan arrested for leaving the scene of accident
Lindsey Lohan was arrested September 19 after police say she left the scene of an accident. Police say that she struck the leg of a pedestiran while driving. Witnesses say a passenger got out of Lohan’s vehicle, looked to see if there was any damage, then. They say the vehicle then left before police could arrive. She was arrested later at a hotel and later released on bail. Lohan was also involved in an accident this past June.
